An FBI victim identified Jeffrey Epstein from a photograph. The uncropped image also showed Donald Trump. She had deliberately cut Trump out before handing it to agents.
That victim was interviewed four times by the FBI. Three of those interviews are missing from the public release. NPR, CNN, and journalist Julie K. Brown have all flagged the gap. Nobody has published the missing transcripts.
The same 2.77 million pages contain two sworn victim statements no major outlet has reported, a grooming pattern that hasn’t been connected, and an institutional paper trail that runs through Deutsche Bank’s compliance files into 2018.
What’s already known
The Trump-Epstein connection is extensively covered. Virginia Giuffre was recruited by Maxwell while working at Mar-a-Lago. Epstein invoked the Fifth Amendment when asked if he socialized with Trump “in the presence of females under the age of 18.” Seized 2017 emails show Epstein discussing Trump and MBS with a Saudi contact. A witness told the FBI Epstein introduced Melania to Trump through a model agent. Brad Edwards’ affidavit states he had no information implicating Trump. Death threats against a witness who didn’t want to go meet Trump have been reported by Raw Story and Axios.

Two details from sworn FBI interviews that no major outlet has published
Verified against 10 to 16 targeted searches per detail, including exact-phrase queries, EFTA number lookups, and site-specific searches of CNN, NPR, and the Daily Beast. Zero results in major coverage as of March 2, 2026.
1. Epstein on the phone with Trump while a 14-year-old massaged him
FD-302, August 6, 2019 (Serial 304): EFTA01248567
“During one of the massages, EPSTEIN was on the phone with DONALD TRUMP.”
The victim was approximately 14. A 17-year-old friend brought her to Epstein’s 71st Street mansion, where she began massaging him regularly and recruited other girls ages 15 to 17 for $300 each. The Trump phone call appears on page 3 of a 4-page FD-302, listed alongside meeting Naomi Campbell and Chris Tucker.
No allegation against Trump. This documents a phone call while a minor was in the room.
2. Epstein was “always on the phone” with Trump and Clinton
FD-302, November 4, 2020: EFTA00090339 (page 8)
“EPSTEIN was always on the phone with others including, BILL CLINTON and DONALD TRUMP.”
This victim was recruited at age 15 after her mother’s death. She saw Epstein for several years at his Manhattan mansion and described him as “always talking to someone in power,” bragging about these calls on purpose. No allegation of abuse by Trump. Epstein used the names to intimidate and impress.
The grooming pattern
The FD-302s show Maxwell mentioned Trump’s name to victims systematically.
One victim, matching the public account of Chauntae Davies, told NPR in 2019 that Maxwell name-dropped Trump as a neighbor before introducing her to Epstein. The FBI’s documentation of that account (EFTA01245656) records it this way:
“MAXWELL told [her] that DONALD TRUMP was their neighbor. MAXWELL told [her], ‘My partner Jeffrey is a Ralph Lauren type, do you like that?’. MAXWELL also said, ‘Do whatever he likes and you’ll be fine’.”
“He” referred to Epstein, not Trump. The victim was subsequently raped by Epstein approximately 12 times over three years.
That’s one victim. But four others, all adults at the time (approximately 20 to 22), describe Maxwell introducing them to Trump using the same method she used to introduce victims to Epstein. None allege misconduct. One explicitly states “nothing happened.” The Daily Beast reported the quotes. What no outlet has connected is the pattern.
One victim’s account (EFTA00158676):
“MAXWELL seemed very excited that there would be a lot of great men for [her] to meet. [She] felt that MAXWELL presented her and gave a run down of [her] accolades, similar to a CV. MAXWELL presented [her] to TRUMP and they had a conversation for approximately 20 minutes.”
“MAXWELL said things like, ‘Oh I think he likes you. Aren’t you lucky. This is great.’”
“It was set up very much like how MAXWELL introduced [her] to EPSTEIN.”
Nothing happened between this victim and Trump. She was an adult. She says so directly.
The point is the system. Maxwell ran the same presentation method on Trump that she used to deliver victims to Epstein. Whether Trump understood that is not something these documents answer.
NPR reported a related detail from a victim’s mother, interviewed by the FBI at the Swedish Police Authority in Stockholm (EFTA00089603 | previously removed from justice.gov, restored Feb 27 2026):
“[She] heard that a prince and DONALD TRUMP visited EPSTEIN’s house and this made [her] think that if they are there then how could EPSTEIN be a criminal.”
Trump’s presence at Epstein’s home functioned as legitimacy. It made a mother trust the man who was grooming her daughter.
The institutional record
The Fifth Amendment exchange
In a March 2010 deposition (EFTA00081220), Epstein was asked directly:
Q: “Have you ever had a personal relationship with Donald Trump?” A: “What do you mean by ‘personal relationship,’ sir?” Q: “Have you socialized with him?” A: “Yes, sir.” Q: “Have you ever socialized with Donald Trump in the presence of females under the age of 18?” A: “Though I’d like to answer that question, at least today I’m going to have to assert my Fifth, Sixth and 14th Amendment Right, sir.”
He deflected the first question, confirmed socializing, then invoked three constitutional amendments on the minors question. He gave identical responses for Dershowitz, Mottola, and Copperfield. The video has been widely reported. The full exchange less so.
Deutsche Bank compliance
As late as 2019, Deutsche Bank’s compliance team was flagging the connection.
Cherie Quigley, a Deutsche Bank employee, told the FBI (EFTA00128968):
“QUIGLEY also noted DONALD TRUMP became a covered client, which meant special access was required to view the profile.”
Both Epstein and Trump required elevated compliance review at the same bank. Deutsche Bank was later fined $150 million for Epstein-related compliance failures.
The explicit denials
These exist and they matter.
An FBI victim interview (EFTA00158500):
“[She] was asked about if she was aware of a DONALD TRUMP allegation of sexual abuse. [She] stated no. There was some [redacted] saying that she was a victim of TRUMP but this was not true.”
The FBI directly asked. She directly denied.
Brad Edwards, attorney for multiple Epstein victims, stated in a sworn affidavit (HOUSE_OVERSIGHT_013463) that he had “no information that any of those people (other than Mr. Dershowitz) have spoken to Mr. Epstein about Jane Doe or any of the other specific victims.” Edwards also stated publicly that Trump was the only person who voluntarily cooperated with his investigation.
The gap that still matters most
Serial 3501.045. One victim, four FBI interviews. Only one is published.
The published interview (EFTA01245620) describes how the victim identified Epstein from a photo her friend sent her. FBI agents recognized the uncropped image as a widely distributed photograph of Epstein and Trump. The victim had deliberately cropped Trump out before showing it to agents.
Three additional interviews of this victim, dated June 7, August 20, and October 16, 2019, are listed in the prosecution disclosure index. They are not in the published EFTA production.
NPR found the DOJ removed or withheld files related to accusations about Trump. CNN identified 90+ missing records. Julie K. Brown flagged the gap on Substack.
Whatever those three interviews contain, the public doesn’t have them.
What we haven’t seen reported
Epstein on the phone with Trump during a session with a 14-year-old. Zero major coverage found.
A second victim saying Epstein was “always on the phone” with Trump and Clinton. Zero major coverage found.
Maxwell running the same introduction method on Trump that she used on Epstein, described by a victim as “set up very much like how MAXWELL introduced [her] to EPSTEIN.” The Daily Beast reported the quotes but did not connect the pattern across victims.
Deutsche Bank flagging Trump as a “covered client” alongside Epstein. Zero major coverage found.
The record
These files show repeated overlap between the Trump and Epstein worlds. Physical presence at each other’s properties. Shared flights. Shared social infrastructure through Maxwell. Institutional entanglement at Deutsche Bank.
Confirmed physical overlap in sworn testimony: - Epstein’s chief pilot placed a box of condoms on Trump’s seat as a joke after learning Melania was pregnant. - A documented 1997 flight carried Trump, Epstein, Maxwell, and others. - An adult masseuse who worked for Epstein for six years massaged Trump’s feet on the plane. - Epstein’s chef and house manager both recalled Trump visiting the 71st Street mansion for dinner.
They also contain explicit denials and a sworn affidavit finding no implicating information. No victim in the released FD-302s cited here directly alleges sexual misconduct by Trump.
Both facts stay in frame.
The next meaningful update comes from the records that are still missing.
